Architected, led, and managed the full SDLC of the wsec.edu.az education platform from scratch.
Built the student application and registration system — multi-step workflow, document management, and status tracking.
Developed an AI chatbot using Claude API and ChatGPT API — automated support for 3000+ users via WhatsApp and web.
Designed and implemented RESTful API architecture and ensured mobile app integration.
Technical SEO optimization, structured data markup, and page speed improvements for better search visibility.
Incident Response — real-time monitoring system with automatic IP blocking, suspicious traffic detection, and proactive risk mitigation.
In September 2025: Early detection and full neutralization of a coordinated multi-stage attack on wsec.edu.az (database injection and authentication bypass attempts) — zero data loss, full service uptime maintained.
MySQL database optimization for high-volume data loads and technical team leadership.
